The specific objective of this work package is: 

• to synthesize and to procure selected nanoparticles according to the project Beneficiary requirements
• to exhaustively characterise selected nanoparticles prior to use as exposure material for toxicological tests
• to develop specific analytical protocols for the quantitative determination of the selected nanoparticle’s uptake and distribution in biological tissues after in vitro/in vivo exposure experiments
